LUXURY LONDON PROPERTY

One of the biggest problems that you will face is knowing which areas or buildings will suit your needs. For example, if you want a warehouse style property, there is no point in looking in Belgravia or Knightsbridge. Conversely, if you want a 6000 sq.ft. lateral apartment, then Knightsbridge and Belgravia are good areas in which to focus your search, whereas Notting Hill is not.

The purpose of this page is to give you a brief guide to where you can find large lateral apartments, detached houses with large gardens and buildings with concierges, gyms and spas. This is not a complete list, but will point you in the right direction.

If you would like to discover the easiest way to acquire luxury London property, I will show you how later.

Of course this is only a small collection of the properties available. There are also “hidden gems”, which even local residents often do not know exist. The problem for any potential buyer of London’s finest luxury property is that these homes rarely reach the open market. Consequently you need to be able to source “off market” property. Please visit the relevant page in the navigation.

However, if you do not have the time to discover how to source these homes yourself and want to avoid the normal stress and fry=ustration endured by the typical buyer of luxury property, then you may want a property finder to represent you.
