Applying For Membership.
Mercury has two very simple rules:
“We will only act for seven members at any one time.”
“No two members may have the same property requirements”
Unfortunately, this means that our application criteria are rather strict. However, if you are successful, you can look forward to having the finest homes in London presented to you - including exclusive off-market properties that the ordinary buyer will never see. We will advise you on price & you will also be given insider information on prices, which is not available to the general public, so that you can make an informed decision. We will then handle the negotiations to achieve the most favourable terms possible and co-ordinate the surveyors, solicitors and financiers to ensure the smoothest transaction possible.
